Advaita Innovative Research Association is a public non-profit organization without any commercial motive. AIRA is a registered scientific academic body and publishers established in 2010 and has been publishing cutting-edge research papers in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Education, Medicine, Health, Management, and Humanities. AIRA Journals are academic, free, open access and peer reviewed to publish original scientific research works for wide circulation among the scholastic fraternity.

• To promote research collaboration and to foster development among the members. 
• To provide support to students and research scholars in acquiring the updated information in their fields of study by organizing seminars/ conferences/ workshops/ training programs/ extension lectures in India and abroad.
• To organize social, cultural and educational programs / activities in online and offline mode for developing national integrity and spreading the philosophy of universal family.
• To publish books, charts, illustrations, journals, magazines, periodicals, newspapers and other publications in various facets of human knowledge and creativity in different languages.
• To provide adequate support to the youth to enable them to undertake and disseminate research works/projects. Supporting them to update their content and skills by participating in conferences and workshops to become global citizens with Indian values and International standards.
• To disseminate research outputs that are acceptable scientifically and ethically by the stalwarts in concerned areas of knowledge. Following up the relevance and implementation of the research outcomes and to assess the practical impact of the research and its usefulness to the stake holders.
• To undertake and carry on research and development activities by establishing, managing, maintaining laboratories, knowledge and skill centres. Support stake holders in conducting quality training under any government, quasi-government, private universities for imparting knowledge and improving skill-set. Supporting professors, teachers and researchers by providing or contributing the funding of research. and Encouraging the academic fraternity by providing or contributing to the awards, prizes, scholarships, grants, sponsorships for their contributory behaviour / actions to make the society a better place to live in.
• To authorize any academician or student to undertake study tours, work tours, visits or training programs in India or abroad for the continuance of the technical or other expertise for professional growth.

The AIRA academy headquarters shall be in India, but may be set or moved to any other location as may be decided by the board of trustees in the academy.
